15€ for other European country
30€ for the rest of the world
All shipping are tracked!
*If you live near Bergamo and you prefer to pick up by hands your order, write me at email@example.com so I’ll refund you shipping costs and we’ll organize the pick up.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After I receive your order I take 3-4 business day to prepare your order.
Domestic shipping takes 24/48h to be delivered to your address, otherwise, shipping abroad (other European country and rest of the world) can take 3 to 15 business day.
*In December mail service is usually overloaded and deliveries can suffer of delays. To be sure your Christmas gift arrive on time I suggest to order them a bit in advance.
What is the store return and exchange policy?
When you receive your parcel you have 7 days to write me if something is wrong with it, and write me an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you change your mind about your order you can ship me back items and have the item costs refund. Shipping costs will be your responsability and the refund will sent once I’ll have received the item in perfect condition. If I receive your return damaged I will not make any the refund. Shipping pottery is not easy, be sure to pack the items exactly as you receives.
If your item arrive to you damaged you can write me and e-mail with some picture of the item and of the parcel. I will repay you of your order or I’ll ship to you another item as fast as I can.
How do I pay for my order?
My e-shop is managed by Shopify and checkout process is powered by PayPal, so you’re in pretty good hands.
At the checkout you’ll be able to pay with your PayPal account or with your credit card.
Can’t see discounts in my cart?
Don’t worry, you’ll be able to see the discounted prices in the checkout window before confirm your payment.
Do you make gift packages?
I usually make a nice package for every order. If you need multiple gift packages, or you want all the necessary to make the gift packages on your own don’t hesitate to write me your request at email@example.com
My order is a gift!Can I insert a costumized message in it?
Sure!write me at firstname.lastname@example.org (insert your order number as subject), It will be a plasure to create a personalized gift card for you.
